We continue regularly review our COVID-19 prevention protocols and take the extra steps to provide the safest environment possible for our customers and our technicians. We are all in this together and we thank you for keeping our local company’s trucks moving out those doors! Regina, Moose Jaw and surrounding areas, we are grateful for your support and thank you for trusting us in your homes. We promise to keep taking the necessary measures to keep you as safe as we possibly can! We got this!
We understand our services may be needed now more than ever to work in collaboration with business and facility partners to assist them in providing safer indoor environments.
Many people with respiratory illnesses, hospitals, care homes and schools have been relying on us for years to maintain their HVAC systems and ductwork and will continue to need us. Many of these organizations cannot just shut their doors yet they still have these same requirements and responsibilities.
We also understand that there is a need for residential furnace and duct cleaning for our customers who suffer from severe allergies or other respiratory issues not related to COVID-19.
As well as customers who may have harmful mold in their ductwork or have had a fire.
We also know that our services are often required to assist in restoring heat when a furnace/air conditioning coil has become plugged and is unable to function or function at an optimal level. Even before the outbreak of COVID-19, our services include source removal of contaminants from ductwork and application of an antimicrobial to HVAC systems and components. Those contaminants still occur and still need to be treated.
It is not lost on us that some of our services are essential. We are still trying to ensure these customers/organizations get the help that they need all while doing our best to be socially responsible. Full Throttle Furnace & Duct Cleaning Inc. has adopted policies to ensure that all reasonable measures are taken to prevent the spread of bacteria and diseases within the workplace, and to ensure the ongoing health and safety of our staff and our customers.
